1930s PDF sewing pattern with a-line insert, cuffed sleeves and a square collar. All elements that were popular in the early to mid 30’s.
During the Great Depression frugal housewives sewed everything from dresses to aprons and curtains. Outfits made from recycled materials transcended the classes and were worn by women and children of all income levels. To conserve materials and therefore funds, dresses were cut as artfully as possible and often had little to no embellishments above the materials used.
Part of our 1930s line, this pattern was designed and released to celebrate our 10th anniversary.
